Cameron Uranga has spent 23 years in the roofing industry — starting as a commercial and residential sales rep, moving through project management, and eventually owning his own roofing business.
He transitioned into public adjusting, where he now consistently develops over $60 million a year in commercial insurance claims as a licensed Public Adjuster and building consultant. He holds manufacturer certifications with top commercial roofing product lines and has served as President of Commercial Claims at a pre-litigation law firm.
A sought-after speaker, Cameron trains and consults roofing professionals on growing from representatives into leaders through craft mastery, integrity, and moral leadership.
Before roofing, Cameron served as a Military Police Officer in the U.S. Army, where he learned that leadership means putting the mission — and the people you serve — first.
